Concern Worldwide is an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to elimination of extreme poverty. We are inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed and experienced consultancy firm/agency to conduct an ?End Line Survey? for one of its livelihood projects tilted Haor Initiatives for Sustainable Alternative Livelihoods (HISAL).

The overall objective of the HISAL project is to ?Protect and improve the livelihood security of poor and extremely poor households and communities living in the deep haors of Bangladesh' and the specific objective is to ?Reduce community vulnerability to shocks and increase livelihoods options of 21,688 targeted households living in the deep haors of Kishoreganj, Habiganj and Suamganj district through access to and use of resources & services'.

The consultancy firm/agency must meet the following criteria for submitting the EOI:

• Extensive knowledge on livelihoods in the Haor context in Bangladesh
• Expertise in conducting baseline and end line surveys for development and livelihoods projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods;
• Good understanding of the Haor, Government of Bangladesh services, safety net issues, business linkages and donors;
• Good track record of producing high quality report in English and sharing at national level.
