Position: Territory Sales Officer

Job Description:

  • This job is within the Marketing team and makes a direct contribution to the business. Our individual of choice will be responsible to lead and implement area business plans and marketing and promotion programmers in the territory with optimum use of resources to attain:
  • Achieve sales targets for each Product mix.
  • Effective market presence 
  • The incumbent will also execute trade engagement programs to build and maintain an effective working relationship with distributors, local public and private stakeholders to manage smooth
  • For the incumbent the key success factor will be the achievement of territory distribution, sales volume
  • Manage the supply of marketing materials like, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, etc.
  • Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups. 
  • Monitor competitor activity. 
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager and other colleagues. 
  • Collect market intelligence and analyses the information to identify and capitalize on opportunities and minimize effect of competitors’ activities.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree preferably in business related discipline with channel management experience

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 2/3 years experience in similar position, preferably in Mobile Phone or consumer electronics (e.g. Audio/Video (TV, DVD) System, / Kitchen Appliance Company) or any FMCG products
  • Demonstrated experience with developing, maintaining, and growing new and existing channel relationships
